To provide the best customer satisfaction, we’ve created the following Refund & Return policy. If you have any questions regarding the Refund & Return policy, please email us at info@jusmac.com. Once you place your order, we begin preparing your order immediately. Once the order is prepared, we do NOT accept cancellations under any circumstances.
Food Dissatisfaction
Our dishes are freshly made per order using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Refunds or Replacements are not accepted for food items that a customer does not like, and the comparison to other restaurants for different spices or ingredients are not accepted. Please visit our website for our current menu prices and item descriptions for more detail.
Cancel Order
We cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.
For Refunds:
For debit or credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new item’s price. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days according to your banking institution.
